Recent Appointment – Integrow Marketing Limited

Rural Directions was given the pleasure to be engaged by Integrow Marketing Limited for our professional recruitment services.

As Integrow has been experiencing significant business prosperity within the fresh produce market, the key selling point of this Marketing Manager role was someone who Philip could transfer some of the grower and buyer relationships to over time.

The role featured on various recruitment channels for approximately two weeks and the number of quality of applications we were able to present to Philip was very pleasing. A very thorough shortlisting process was engaged in to identify the preferred applicants. Operating with the upmost confidentiality, integrity and professionalism we ensured that all applications were placed in front of Philip and were managed in a timely manner.

However, the final decision came down to who was of best fit for both the role and the company. We were excited to work with Philip in appointing Grant Cawston from ANZ bank, working in the Commercial and Agri Banking division with investments in the Horticultural and Primary Sector. His personal background is in pipfruit and general Horticulture, growing up with a family in orcharding and more importantly sharing Philip’s passion for fresh produce.
